    Use this tool to see if your grade point average and test scores meet the minimum required eligibility index for CSU.
    Chabot College Concurrent Enrollment - A great opportunity to increase college eligibility, gain knowledge & explore majors! These are COLLEGE courses and ANY grade earned WILL be placed on your LPS transcript (highly recommended for rising juniors and seniors). Here is the list of Chabot A-G Courses.     The UC Personal Statements – should be exactly that – personal. This is your opportunity to tell us about yourself – your hopes, ambitions, life experiences, inspirations.     CSU Applicants - What Is the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)?
    EOP is designed to improve access and retention of historically low-income and educationally disadvantaged students. EOP provides admission and academic assistance and possible financial assistance to eligible students. More information is available in the http://www.csumentor.edu/shared_images/PDF_v2002.gif2012-2013 EOP Information and Application Forms or online.
    CSS Financial Aid Profile - This guide provides basic information you need to complete your PROFILE application at www.collegeboard.org beginning Oct. 1, 2011. The PROFILE is an online application that collects information used by some private colleges to award institutional aid funds. See link for participating institutions. Visit each institution’s financial aid website for preferred deadline - most are due by February 1.

    CSU Campus Scholarships
    If you are planning to attend a CSU, you must apply to each individual scholarship - amounts range from $1,000 to full tuition. You do not need to have been accepted prior to applying. Many of these scholarships are MERIT (academic) based - and don't require financial need. Requirements and deadlines vary per school and scholarship.
